O’Cebreiro to Triacastela on October 14th

It was cold in the morning when we set out from O’Cebreiro.  Fleece for the first time for me.  Didn’t last long though.  Another bright clear day that made one view more beautiful than the last.  O’Cebreiro is the first town in the region of Galicia.  The Celtic influence is very interesting.  Remember the night folk concert in Leon with the drums, flutes and bagpipes?  Famous for pulpo, that is, octopus.  The walk was a pretty easy 10.5 miles through very small villages.  We had a reservation at a Casa Rural.  They came to the last town to pick us up.  They then drove us into town for dinner at the restaurant they operate. Dinner was the four of us again and the food was very good.  No Wi-Fi at the Casa Rural and so the late blog post. Another grand day on the Camino.
